Gooseberry fragrance oil is tart, refreshing, a light fruity green note that reminds me of gooseberry fool - probably the only thing my mother ever cooked with gooseberries from the garden that I would eat!

We love it blended with: Caramel, cinnamon, tonka bean, nutmeg and neroli
